Andre Piguet
House
Can a painting leave the gallery by dissolving into its architecture? In André Piguet's most recent works, it becomes clear that they can never be completely divorced from their immediate environment. The nature of the materials: highly reflective resin, compressed liquid metal and translucent supports, means that they appear in constant flux, as both window and mirror.
